For the first time, a warship has been exported from Türkiye to a NATO member country.

Akhisar, the first vessel of the Hisar-class built by ASFAT, has been inducted into the inventory of the Romanian Naval Forces under the signed agreement.

The Warship Automatic Identification System (WAIS) on board Akhisar was supplied by iMarine.
